We believe that getting organized should be simple, inspirational and colorful. Just Organize Your Stuff, Inc. is committed to providing high quality, beautifully designed stuff. By using this site and/or submitting an order, you acknowledge, understand, and accept our Policies and Conditions as stated below.

Return Summary

Filing and Notebook products may be returned within 30 day of purchase. Products must be in original shrink wrap and in new condition. Products must be returned with a Return Stuff Form (RSF). Any package returned without an RSF cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender. Please see Returns and Replacement for instructions.

All sales are final for downloadable products. Please download and test the sample file in the shopping cart prior to ordering. Refunds will not be given after purchase.

Shipping

Standard Shipping via USPS. Standard shipping is via US Postal Service (USPS). Deliver Confirmation is available and will be used on all standard shipped packages. Tracking information is not available.

US and CANADIAN CUSTOMERS. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 8-10 business days. Canadian orders may take some additional time due to customs.

PO BOX CUSTOMERS. Packages to these types of addresses will be sent via the USPS. We only offer standard mail USPS services. USPS packages will not be tracked. Just Organize Your Stuff, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise missing packages shipped via USPS.

Overnight, Two-Day, Three-Day Orders via UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped via UPS. UPS does not deliver to post-office boxes or APO/FPO addresses, PLEASE DO NOT SELECT UPS for these shipping needs.

Overnight, Two-Day, Three-Day Orders MUST be placed by 1pm EST to be processed that day.

Saturday is Not a Standard Delivery Day for UPS. If Saturday delivery is requested for UPS, an additional charge of $12.00 will be added to your shipping charges. This charge will not show in the cart. This is the fee UPS charges us. You will receive a shipping notification e-mail with a tracking number when your package ships with UPS.

Special Instructions. If you have special instructions, such as delayed delivery or where you would like package left in your absence, please send us an Special Shipping Instructions email. Be sure to add your order number. We will do what we can to accommodate your request.

Privacy and Security

Privacy of Your Personal Information. Just Organize Your Stuff, Incorporated is committed to keeping your information private. JOYS does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose any customer names or other personally identifiable information, or share it with third parties. We are trying to help you eliminate clutter, not collect more.

If you register at our web site to download forms, purchase products or receive information we need to know some personal information. We use the information you give us to process your online order and provide shipping. We may use it to provide you with information we believe you may find useful. We will always include an opt out link in all our mailings.

Change or Remove Information. To correct or update any registration information you previously provided, click on the Account link to make your changes. You will need your username and password. If you wish to have us remove your information from our database please email us.

Compliance with COPPA. JOYS does not knowingly collect the personal information of individuals under the age of 18 in compliance with The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Security of Your Personal Information. We understand the importance of keeping your personal and credit card information private and safe. The secure server software encrypts all information you input using Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL). A "lock" graphic in your browsers or an address beginning with an https:// indicates a secure connection. These efforts are made to protect credit card information while it is being processed.

Ordering and Product Information

Processing of Online Order. The order process begins as soon as the online purchase is complete. The credit card transaction is real time. Your credit card will be captured by our secure payment gateway (Authorize.net). The entire transaction will not be stored in our database, for this reason, an order may not be canceled or changed once it has been submitted.

Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, offers safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

Confirmation of Order. You will receive an order confirmation via email and order status link within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us by email if you do not receive a confirmation.

Back Orders. Although we make every effort to have all of our products in stock, occasionally an item may not be available for immediate shipping. We will list the item as "Out of Stock". You may only place an order for in stock items. If your would like to be notified an item is back in stock please email us service@justorganizeyourstuff.com

Product Availability. Inventory discrepancies may incorrectly display items as available on our website. If this occurs, your order will be held and you will be notified of the error before your order is shipped. All products are subject to availability.

Product Pricing. Retail prices displayed on this web site may differ from other sources. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Wholesale. Currently we do not offer wholesale pricing.

Taxes. A 6.0% sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Maryland.

Color. JOYS has made every effort to ensure that our website images represent actual product colors. With variations in monitors, printers and other computer components, however, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see are accurate.

Copyright. All of the Content on this website and any Product we provide is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. This Content is the property of Just Organize Your Stuff and/or independent Content providers. "Content" means any graphic or text created, compiled or submitted by Just Organize Your Stuff or independent providers. Any form of Spam is not permitted. "Spam" consists of political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of trolling.
