Third Party Sellers - Short version

I am not paid to include items in the content of my articles, reviews or slideshows. I do not accept request for reviews or freebies to do reviews because I don't feel I could do an authentic summary of my real experience.  But I do take advantage of affiliate opportunities, because it would be silly not to. I am making every attempt to mark my affiliate referrals with a little *. In most cases, I have invested my own time and money in the brands I mentioned.

Third Party Sellers - Longer version Advertisments and Affiliates

Advertisements are featured in standard placement typically below the main content. Affiliate and advertisers in my core content will be marked with an *. Companies cannot pay me to be included in the core content of my articles, reviews and slideshows. However, some products and services mentioned in the core content will pay JOYS an affiliate commission if a reader visits their site and makes a purchase. I do take advantage of that opportunity. I have only had good experiences with the individuals or companies and the products I tried. I display their stuff because I have used it and loved it or was totally please by another product by them. I will also display items that interest me or that I think you may find useful.

I am not responsible for the privacy and security practices or the content, services or products of Third Party Sellers, including, but not limited to, purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance and delivery, are solely between you and the Third Party Sellers. I make no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any services, merchandise and other products provided by the Third Party Sellers. You will not consider me (and I will not be construed as) a party to such transactions, whether or not I may have received some form of revenue or other remuneration in connection with such transactions, and I will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of, either directly or indirectly, you or any other person involved or related to the transactions.
