The Return + Refund Policy

Damaged filing and notebook hardgoods may be returned within 30 day of purchase in their original shrink wrap for a full refund. Downloads and unwrapped hardgoods are non-refundable.

• Item(s) must be returned in unopened original shrink-wrap and in new condition to receive a refund.
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping and handling, return postage and sales tax will not be refunded.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for returns to be received and processed.
• We are not responsible for lost returns. Do Not ship returns to the PO Box. Please email me for the correct address.

Product Pricing. Retail prices displayed on this web site may differ from other sources. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Wholesale. Currently we do not offer wholesale pricing.

Taxes. A 6.0% sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Maryland.

Color. JOYS has made every effort to ensure that our website images represent actual product colors. With variations in monitors, printers and other computer components, however, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see are accurate.

Shipping

Standard Shipping via USPS. Standard shipping is via US Postal Service (USPS). Deliver Confirmation is available and will be used on all standard shipped packages. Tracking information is not available.

US and Canadain Customers. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 8-10 business days. Canadian orders may take some additional time due to customs.

PO Box Customers. Packages to these types of addresses will be sent via the USPS. We only offer standard mail USPS services. USPS packages will not be tracked. Just Organize Your Stuff, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise missing packages shipped to a PO Box
