Returns & Replacements

Downloadable Products. All sales are final for downloadable products or credits purchased. Please download and test the sample files in the shopping cart prior to ordering.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Stuff. If your item(s) arrived damaged, missing or incorrect, we must be notified within 30 days from date of shipment for a replacement item to be sent. Request a Damaged Stuff Form (DSF) HERE.Just Organize Your Stuff, Inc IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages returned without a DSF.

When we receive a complete DSF via email, we will send you a new package via USPS.

Please open your new package carefully so that you may reuse the box to ship the return item(s).

Inside the replacement package will be USPS Mail Label. Please place your damaged or incorrect stuff in the box with a copy of the DSF.

Use mail tape to seal and affix the label.

Item(s) must be returned in unopened original shrink-wrap to receive a replacement.

Damaged or incorrect items MUST be shipped with a DSF to be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Item(s) Return Instruction

1. Do not remove the shrink-wrap. We do not accept returns on any items that have the shrink-wrap removed.

2. Request a Damaged Stuff Form (DSF) HERE..

3. Email us a completed DSF within 30 days of your purchase to report your problem. When we receive a complete DSF via email, we will send you a new package via USPS

4. We will send you a replacement of the same item at no additional charge to you. The replacement will be sent as soon as we receive the damaged item(s). In some cases, we may be able to ship a replacement before we receive the damaged item(s). However, if we do not receive the damaged item(s) within 30 days of sending you the replacement, you will be charged for the second item.

5. Make a copy of the DSF and the packing slip that came with your order. Keep these for your records.

6. Place a copy of the DSF and packing slip with the item(s) you are returning. Prepare your package for return shipping.

7. Finally, log on to USPS.com and request a package pick-up at your convenience.

Returning Filing and Notebook Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a hard good, it may be returned within 30 days from date of shipment for a refund of the purchase price. Request a Returning Stuff Form (RSF) HERE. Just Organize Your Stuff, Inc IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages returned without a RSF.

Item(s) must be returned in unopened original shrink-wrap and in new condition to receive a refund.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping and handling, return postage and sales tax will not be refunded.

Return items MUST be shipped with a RSF and a copy of the packing slip to be processed.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for returns to be received and processed.

We are not responsible for lost returns.

Return Instruction

3. Fill in the required information on the RSF and send email.

4. Print a copy of the RSF and place it into the return shipping box with the item(s) and a copy of the Packing Slip. Keep copies for your records.

5. Please take care to repackage item(s) with all the original packaging materials to assure item(s) are not damaged in the return.

6. Please send package to address on the (RSF)
